Free Tax Preparation Services! The Montgomery County Tax Coalition (MCTC) was formed in 2008 to provide free income tax preparation services to working families residing in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

What is VITA? The VITA program, sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), trains and certifies over 200 community volunteers to prepare income tax returns during the tax season which runs from January through April each year. In 2011, our tax preparers returned nearly $4.1 million in refunds to Montgomery County families.
Do I Qualify? The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program offers free tax help to people who earn less than $50,000. |
